“Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”

“The space was abundant for our needs and the owners were incredibly supportive and available to make our stay even better. The location of the rental is ideal (in a neighborhood near the interstate and a main drag). We shall continue to make use of this space in the future.”

We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs”

Check-in instructions were clear and communication with the host was easy.The main issue was the temperature. The bedroom was extremely cold, and there was no duvet—only a very thin blanket. I ended up sleeping with my coat on because it was so chilly. The living room was warm, but the bedroom made the stay……

“Host was great, very helpful getting a wallet that we left bwhind to us. Well decorated and clean property. Why only 3 stars? The parking. If you get there after 4 or 5 pm, you will be parking blocks away.”
