"I would be shocked if you find a kinder staff."

"Room was comfortable but bathroom small and vanity a bit cramped. Found several hairs in tub, but otherwise clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Not sure why the breakfast was highly rated as we felt the quality and variety was minimal. Not even up to chain hotel (Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn and Hilton) level. Minimal fruit , no cereal except gloppy oatmeal and packaged muffins. Same scrambled eggs and pancakes each day. Could definitely use an upgrade there. Nice location looking out over the lake with the buildings in good condition considering the age. Plenty of parking. Not the highest quality, but worth the price"

"Great location, about 20 minutes from Gatlingburg and half hour from Pigeon Forge. We loved being away from the crowds and chaos. The tiny home was really nice, we didn’t use the stove, but there was pots, pans, and silverware. Dogs Dudley and Luna in the office were friendly and super nice. Will be returning!"

"The views of the Smoky Mountains were spectacular! The condo was very clean and fairly well equipped with almost all of the necessary amenities. Carpet, while clean was buckled in places. The door to the balcony couldn’t be opened due to faulty mechanism in the door handle, furniture and flooring is dated but okay and an excusable tradeoff for the views, road leading up to the resort was treacherous at night due to no painted stripes along the edges and in the middle. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny of the views. Front office was not open the hours of operation listed. The pool and hot tub were inside and not very inviting."

"Property was excellent. Room are spacious and clean. The views are great. I would much rather see trees and a stream than pavement and buildings. The only drawback was at check in. I had to give all information to desk again. These were what I previously did on line such as e-mail address, phone address etc. They did not just use to verify but re entered everything. It made me think they wanted it for future sales solicitations, which I don't want. Other than that, I would certainly go back there. It was great."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our check in and out was quick, but didn’t feel very welcoming, didn’t provide information to our room or offer any information about restaurant on property or asked us if we had a good stay when we left. This was our third stay here, but the next time we come we might try a different hotel/motel."
