“The first room we were given was infested with bugs, they didn’t believe me and had to go check, they moved me but didn’t want to move my travel companion, who has health issues and I had requested our room be close in case there was an issue. One woman at the desk was helpful and professional and moved us both. There was a young woman who was rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. Thank goodness they had another woman who helped us.
