Clean room and bathroom, close to Franconia shops, Janice is such a lovely person - she always makes my stay wonderful. Excellent water pressure also, and comfy beds.

We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking ...
