"The staff was really helpful and nice. The free breakfast has a ton of options and made it easy to start the day. Location was less than 10 minutes to the HOF which was awesome. Indoor pool was key for a trip upstate in April - kids loved it. Overall a stress-free, hospitable stay and again, great staff."

"Clean, new looking place. Breakfast staff were great. If you're visiting Oneonta as were to see our favourite middle child this is a pretty good base."

"Can’t comment on breakfast- did not partake. In general the room was clean but found a q-tip and wad of hair on floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but housekeepers were very noisy. Parking area safe and well lit. "

"Room smelled musty our entire day. The people in the room next to us were smoking in their room. The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out. The morning breakfast was hosted by a very rude woman who would slam lid shut if someone forgot to close it. They’re also was approximately 6 to 8 ladybugs in our bathroom at any point."

"Even though some of the hotel is under construction, our original room we reserved they do not have so we actually got a complementary upgrade & it was a huge suite. No questions asked & no issues. Seamless! Thank you Page"
