“Great location, overall the rooms are pretty outdated and basic but the amenities such as the inground pool, mini golf, bumper cars/arcade and ice cream shop were all a huge bonus”

“Room was great. No bells and whistles but quiet, the a/c worked great and bed was comfortable . Only problem I had was my room was not located near accessible parking and there were no regular parking spots left either...walking from the overflow parking was a bit difficult for me to navigate with my cain.”

“Very nice property with expansive landscaping. While not walkable, it’s a 3 minute drive to the center of Harwich Port. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Beach is 1/2 mile walk.”

“Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels”

“This is our favorite place to stay on the Cape. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants and a nice drive to explore other towns.. All of the employees are always so nice and helpful and they seem happy to help. Nice big clean room, super comfortable bed, pillows not so comfortable, but that’s the only complaint I could ever make. We pick this place everytime we visit and we will continue to do so.”
