“We had a wonderful stay at Dennis Port Surf Club. The entire property has been very recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Great find!”

“The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. Staff was extremely warm and friendly. Was the perfect place for a surprise engagement weekend for my lady and our pup.”

“Staff was incredibly helpful dropping off towels or coffee cups whenever we requested them. The room was clean and spacious! Easy walk to Sea Street beach, plus pool access!”

“Overall it’s fine if you’re not looking for a lot in a room. At the end of the day it’s a motel. It’s definitely not great for families. The rooms look renovated but the work is shotty at best. The toilet was not secured to the floor properly, so it shook every time we used it. The water pressure was a joke. You can hear the other guests in the adjoining rooms. You can also hear the guests above you stomping around as if they were wearing brick shoes so do not stay here if you have small……

“We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!……

“A delightful, clean, pleasant place. None of the usual bells and whistles that mega chain motels burden you with. Just clean, modern, nicely decorated room with all the essential features. Really a fantastic throwback to the early days of mom and pop facilities before corporations overwhelmed tourism. Loved the place. PS. only a one minute walk to one of the best ice cream places on the Cape--Cad Cod Creamery.”

“This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!”

“Awesome buffet breakfast, great staff, and really cute property! However, for the price we paid, was expecting better then an outdated motel room. Our room was clean, but another room in our party had food stains and crumbs in the sheets. Beach was carpeted with seaweed and not something you would hang out at. Town beach, however, was just next door.”
