"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. "This was our first time in Hyannis, but not our first time on the Cape. We chose this rental based on the positive reviews and we were so pleased with our choice. Communication with owner, cleanliness of property, proximity to town (.8 mile!) proximity to beach (about 250 steps!), pool (with lifeguard!) for residents of association…we have already planned a return trip! I had a couple questions during my stay and the owner got back to me within minutes, always. Air conditioning units in bedrooms...

Nice location (across a grassy yard, steps, to the beach). The water pressure, the AC cooled very well, the bathrooms and washer/dryer were great. Quiet location. Towels were great quality. The deck & 2 chairs were lovely to sit at. It was overall clean. The 'not great, but okay': Bedrooms were good size but the beds were hard as a rock...

Owner was incredibly responsive when we asked about an umbrella over the outside picnic table; when she confirmed that the old one had somehow vanished, she bought and installed a brand new one right away. Outdoor patio furniture was also clearly new (responding to last year’s critiques probably). Basement washer & dryer work well."

"This B&B was spacious and clean with the rustic charm you would expect from a house in Cape Cod. It was within a five minute walk to the beach with a short drive to two other beaches and the Marina. "Housekeeping staff (from Jamaica) were polite , kind and outstanding . Food was very good but the kitchen took way too long to deliver the food waited over an hour both nights ) unacceptable but waitress was fab. All pool and beach attendants and beach bar staff were great. Roscommon meals came much more efficiently . Overall a great stay! "
