“There is a lot of bait and switch. The bed was a Murphybed out of the wall. Like sleeping on a bored with poor sheets and thin blankets that don’t fit the bed. No air condition. There is only One chair on the rear balcony.To sit on to enjoy the view that I paid for. This place had one thing gone for and that was it proximity to the water and the view. Outside of that I feel I’ve been ripped off an Expedia should be embarrassed to list this. Think twice, Expedia.”

“The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. The fridge door……

“I would not choose to stay here again. Very low quality in terms of the beds, linens, maintenance of the property. It seemed more like a party house than a retreat as advertised. The location is close to downtown Hyannis but misleading as it is not a cute cape cod house or location. Very industrious, no outside space, no dining space. Check in process was very challenging.”
