“We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation.”

“The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw).
The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean.
