There was many problem from payment, to cleaning of the rooms, and payments and billing. Staff, and management were terrible. They could not answer State of Emergency procedures of the hotel, including generator questions, billing, and payment that was booked, and paid to the hotel before arrival. We stayed 4 days without housekeeping, and clean towels. It was a nightmare during a well advanced planned trip, and paid for before arriving. They blamed Expedia .
