“VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”

“The hotel was great and very clean!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however we purchased breakfast from Coaches restaurant and it was worth it! Very good food. Another nice perk is free shuttles to the midway airport.”

“When I checked in, they said they didn’t have any rooms ready mind you we checked in three hours later than she told me they had a room ready and went to go to my room and it was dirty beds not made trash still in the room. it was never clean And the website said they had a pool and they did not have one at the property.”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“Look, this place itself isn't horrible, but it's not in a really good location. Heavy prostitution and drug dealing in the area leads to rooms that smell badly regardless of how much they clean them, and a neighborhood that is not the safest. The staff themselves are nice and helpful. The rooms are actually pretty nice. It's really noisy and if you can't sleep through it this hotel isn't for you. The road it sits on is busy all night long and you will hear it all night long.”

“Many things in the room were broken or dilapidated. But the important things like AC, hot water, and toilet were all working.”
