“Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. However, the main issue was that the room was not properly cleaned. We noticed a few cockroaches and some used soap, which made it clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Another downside was that during our entire 3-night stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room. Other than these issues, our experience was quite pleasant, and we were able to get some good rest.”
