"Clean room helpful staff"

"I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch for 3 people. I went to check in and my room was given to someone else. The onky thing available was 1 bed, and i had to sleep on the floor."

"Hallways had trash all over them. Bathroom water faucet would not stay on. Bedsheets smelled clean, but had stains on both queen beds."

"This was a most peaceful stay and the location is amazing. The hotel is exactly as pictured and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was very good as well. I would recommend to anyone to stay here."

"Outdated but was perfect for a one night stay till our house was finished! "

"On the first night there my sheets had a couple stains on them and there were a couple of red hairs in my bed which caused me to just sleep on top of the covers. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place above the shower. I ended up fixing the ceiling tiles to the point where they were put back into place. The second night I was there they actually swapped the bed sheets out."

"Breakfast was fresh but limited and menu was the same both Saturday and Sunday. Parking was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. "

"The rooms are always so clean and nice!! The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!"
