"The hotel takes real care of its facilities and has clearly put an enormous amount of thought into enhancing the guest experience. The design and styling are full marks. The staff are courteous, and the extra-slow lift is absolutely adorable; I couldn't help but smile every time I rode in it. Even the floor in the loo lights up!"
