"My family and I stayed the weekend as this was much closer to my sisters home. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean and spacious room. I had trouble with the window shade, so I called front desk and she was willing to call maintenance to come back since they were gone for the day but in the midst of speaking with her, the window shade started to come down.
