This high-quality, modern 3-room apartment is 61 square meters and is located on the ground floor of the 2018 newly built beach residence. The apartment with 2 bedrooms offers 4 people plenty of comfort on holiday. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa set with coffee table and flat screen TV as well as a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. is also integrated in the living room. About the living area and one of the bedrooms you reach the south facing covered terrace. Here sun is guaranteed. The bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an additional TV. The spacious modern bathroom with window is equipped with a floor-level shower with real glass partition and vanity / toilet. A parking space, which is assigned to the apartment, is available to guests in front of the house.

In a quiet beach location, right on the Ahlbeck promenade, is the newly built, completed in 2018 apartment complex Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie. With a beach access right outside the door and the surrounding green of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach.  In the back apartments, guests can enjoy the sun even more. The beach is especially wide and beautiful at this section. A bit away from the pier and the main Ahlbeck beach you can swim and relax in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck can be reached in about 10-15 minutes walk. Diverse shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars of the seaside resort await their guests. The three imperial baths offer an eventful art and cultural summer as well as a variety of events even outside the main season. The golf course "Baltic Hills" is about 10 minutes drive.

A special highlight is offered in the low season (15. 9. - 15. 6.): In the house a small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna) including showers and relaxation room is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 15:00 to 21:00 o'clock

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Die Wohnung hat uns für unseren Aufenthalt alles geboten was man für den Alltag brauch und die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber erhalten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, da es zum Strand nur 2 Gehminuten sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Sie übertraf noch unsere Erwartungen. Was uns besonders beeindruckt hat, waren der Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle in der Küche und die Ausstattung des Bades(Fußbodenheizung, ebenerdige Dusche und auch die Beleuchtung). Die Schlüsselübergabe und die kurze Einweisung durch die netten Damen der Brise-Usedom klappte reibungslos. Die Wohnung stand uns schon ab dem frühen Nachmittag zur Verfügung, da die Reinigungskräfte hier sehr fleißig sind, ein großes Lob. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein, gleich hinterm Haus ist ein Zugang zum Strand.
