La propiedad se encuentra ubicada en el Km 16 de la vía Pedernales - Cojimíes. Tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Está ubicada frente al mar, es una playa tranquila. Puede requerirse el servicio de empleada para que los atienda, el costo es de USD 20 diarios, a más del servicio de limpieza que se cancela el último día. En caso que no desee empleada, tanto en Cojimíes como en Pedernales hay buenos lugares para comer. Pedernales y Cojimíes están a 15 km de la propiedad. En Pedernales puede encontrar mercado tanto de mariscos como de vegetales y frutas, y un centro comercial TIA, así como varias farmacias. El conjunto esta cuidado por conserje, quien además le puede proporcionar agua de botellón y mariscos y cervezas. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro.

Great, private place on the beach
This is a great house in a great location on the beach. The property was clean and private. The family that looked after our needs and the property were EXCELLENT. Such nice people that do a great job to make sure your stay is pleasant. We had a little hiccup with hot water not working which for us with a 7mo baby was a little problematic but we found a way to make it work and the owner of the house did something for us to make this right. Overall, we're very happy and would stay here again.
