Hotel Alzinn
Stayed at Alzinn March '23. Very happy. The room was quiet, the bed comfy. Our room had a small balcony with chairs, however when we went it was too cold to sit out, in summer it would have been lovely. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable choice of things to eat. We booked breakfast at the same time as booking the room and it was only a small amount more, definitely worth it. Only slight disadvantage for some people would be that it is a little out of the way, checking on Google it is about 35mins bus/tram to city and 50 mins to the airport. For us no problem as we had a car. The hotel has a free car park for guests or at weekend you can park free on the street from Friday evening until Monday morning. Would stay again.

Perfect stay
Marco was exteremely helpful and able to explain how the transportation works. It was nice cosy place with mini balcony enough for 2 pax. 10 mins by bus to the main city are with free public transportation system.

The hotel is good value for money. Short taxi journey from the city. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful. The rooms are good , beds very comfortable. The only downside is the hotel wifi is not good enough to use in the room

A good alternative to staying in the city.
A very nice hotel in a quiet area,we liked the balcony.The free garage was great. The breakfast was very nice. The only thing we did'nt like was the lack of space in the bathroom and the basin. A shelf would have improved this space.

Luxembourg Trip
A unique hotel with only 26 rooms. A very nice lobby area, excellent breakfast area with great breakfast. Rooms are great. Example, in much of Europe you get two beds pushed together. Here you have a true queen size bed with great pillows and sheets, blanket, etc. The rooms have a group of ports on the desk for charging, but also HDMI ports so you can play video from your device. No hunting for ports on the back if the TV. Bathroom very nice. Locale really good. Just a short walk down the street is a real upscale Italian restaurant, great manager and waitresses. Good underground parking. Loved the place. Great facility, great staff. I'll go back.

Beautiful and well-designed modern hotel, and a welcome find. Staff was professional, facilities immaculate...very relaxing. Local area quite nice and filled with restaurants and shops. Wish I had an extra day there.

Clean Room Great Hospitality and Awesome Breakfast
This hotel was perfect for me, as it is very close to where my daughter lives. Our stay was 10 nights. The hotel has ample undergound parking (a hard thing to find in many hotels in Luxembourg), and a really good breakfast included in your rate. We stayed on the second floor and had a balcony, which is nice if you want fresh air or a smoke (you decide!). Room also had a small kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only real drawback is the location. If you are there to sight-see Luxembourg City, you will have to get on a bus or take a taxi into town. If you are looking for a base from which to travel to other places in western Europe, and you have your own car, it is ideal. Only 4 or 5 miles from France, a little more than an hour to Bonn and Cologne, 2 1/2 hours to Brussels, 3 1/2 hours to Paris, 4 hours to Amsterdam, etc. etc.

Convenient for onward travel
A short bus ride into Luxembourg with the bus stop just outside the hotel makes this a good location. There are restaurants within walking distance and the hotel can arrange pizza delivery if required. The hotel is modern, clean and we'll appointed for a budget hotel. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and we would stay here again.

A great find!
This is a fabulous hotel about a 15 minute drive from the centre of LUxembourg City. The room was spacious - we just had a standard - with all the fittings, soft furnishings etc being of a good quality. The small balcony was a bonus with the table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was good, although the coffee could have been hotter, but im sure if i had brought it to their attention they would have done something about it as the staff were extremely helpfull and pleasant without being intrusive. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay again if ever in the area.

Great hotel for business
This is a very good hotel. I stayed 5 days for business and everything was top notch for me. Underground parking was a bit small, but for me not a problem at all. The breakfast was very good, although I only ate the fresh fruit and yoghurt. Beds are comfy. I liked the little balcony which allowed me to enjoy the afternoon september sun.

After traveling through out Europe staying in rooms that were not even big enough to walk in, this hotel was a dream. Very nice furnishings and no worries about helping yourself to the in room refrigerator!!! Great breakfast and only a 10 minute bus ride to the heart of Luxembourg. I recommend this place VERY highly

Great hotel close to the centre of Luxembourg
We arrived too early at the hotel to check in our room, however, the staff made us very comfortable whilst we waited for our room to be ready and informed us about the buses that went past the hotel into the centre of Luxembourg. The bus takes about 20 minutes and is very good value. Our room had everything that was needed and a free minibar! The minibar contains soft drinks. Breakfast is help yourself. I would certainly recommend this hotel not only for the standard of the room but the helpfulness of the staff which was second to none.

The hotel is a treasure tucked away from everything. It is worth the extra five minutes drive to step into this paradise. The hotel looked like it had recently been upgraded. Everything was clean and sparkled. The lobby was inviting and comfortable. Our room was spacious - although only 1 bathroom. It had 2 large beds. Comfy and cozy. Each bed had its own TV. Fridge with beverages included. Expresso maker and kettle also in room. Views weren't spectacular but windows could be opened for air. Bathroom had 2 sinks and great shower. Bathroom mirror over the sinks was too high for my daughter and myself. (Would've been nice to have them 4 inches lower.) Breakfast was wonderful. Good selection of hot and cold foods. Very filling. Assortment of beverages to drink. Linen napkins and villeroy and bosch china. Very swank. My only complaint was they didn't have room service available. But a pleasure to stay at. Very pleasureable.

Pleasant hotel bit far from the city centre
The hotel is well maintained. My room and the bathroom was clean. My room did not face the main road, so the traffic noise did not disturb me during night.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also satisfactory. I found my stay enjoyable and I would return again. The location is bit far from the city centre. It takes approx. 30 minutes to get to the city centre by public bus (10 stations from city centre).

This was very close to downtown Luxembourg, an easy drive for sure. There's a great Italian restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel had a great breakfast - both cold and hot options available. Very nice. Safe, underground parking. Quiet, residential area. Good wifi connection.

Great little hotel
Clean, modern, quiet, this hotel has 26 rooms and is located outside the city of Luxembourg, so a car is needed although there are buses. The staff is friendly and helpful and the internet works well.

cela fait plusieurs fois que l’on va dans cet hôtel. Tout est correct seul bémol, le pommeau de douche qui est fixe pas génial. le petit déjeuner en buffet est vraiment très copieux et bien garni. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Décevant et pas commerçant !
Nous avons réservé cet hotel en entreprise pour un déplacement pro. 170€ la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, aucune possibilité de changer de chambre et aucune solution apportée : réponse de la direction quant à une demande commerciale: "La télévision est un service gratuit que l’hôtel propose, il n’est donc pas soumis à un remboursement." Ceci n'est pas digne d'un hotel de ce standing... Nous réservons pour nos collaborateurs un grand nombre de nuitées par an et cette réponse est inacceptable pour nous. S'il manquait un lit vous auriez répondu que ceci est un service gratuit et que cela fait également parti du prix..? De surcroit, le ménage n'était clairement pas terrible et une forte odeur de javel/chlore ultra désagréable en chambre... Des places de parking en sous terrain trop petite si vous avez un SUV de taille conséquente...
