“We had a really lovely stay at the Big House. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants and shops walking distance in Little Havana. The house was clean and just like described in the listing. The house had all the comforts you need and the beds were really comfortable. “The villa was stunning and amazing view from the bottom of the garden over the canal. Lots of nice seating areas. Slight confusion on check in when we weren’t provide the code for the bedroom in the annex. The management company sorted this out after a few messages. They were quick to respond. Only issue we had was that we had paid for pool heating. Not only was it not heated , it was ice cold as if cold water was being pumped in . I had checked 2 week earlier that the pool heating would be……
