“Very nice hotel with very helpful staff”

“We checked out two rooms for our stay. We decided on this hotel because of the price and it said breakfast was included. Unfortunately breakfast was not actually included unless you count Little Debbie donuts as breakfast. The breakfast area looked nice but unfortunately they had little to no breakfast. We packed better snacks in our bags. One of our rooms upon arriving was not cleaned. The bathroom shower was wet and had a towel hanging as if someone had just showered in the room. We had cob……

“Bathroom was not well cleaned there was hair and dirt on the floor. We also requested extra towels on the second morning of our stay and did not receive them.”

“The room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets. There was a toilet brush cleaner outside the door. Cigarette butts were scattered on the stairs leading to the room. We had to stay at a different hotel because we did not feel the room was clean to sleep in.”
