“Room was clean , staff was super kind and supportive. The hotel is over 100 years old, keeping its original way. Like a museum, in a time machine you feel. Elevator was not working but they were working on it. We enjoyed the simplicity..Location is unbeatable. Parking is only for a couple cars but there are many paid parking around. I definitely will stay in the Gardner hotel when I'm back El Paso. ”

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”
