“Nice and cozy rooms. Owner very friendly and helpful The location is great walking to all events”

“We had a wonderful time here. Hosts were quick to respond and so great in accommodating us with our dogs. Sitting on the porch watching the world go by with coffee in the morning, cozying up to a Netflix movie on the sofa at night, and a comfy bed was perfect. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful room, great town! We'll be staying there again!”

“Clean, neat, uncluttered, thoughtfully appointed, and quiet. Well situated for dark-sky viewing, which is why we were there.”

“Appreciated the pet friendly environment. Host very responsive to additional needs. Nice quiet location along the river. Unit was dated but clean and functional.”

“Great! As advertised. Open concept can sleep quite a few but no privacy.”

“I had a wonderful stay here — it’s an amazing example of how to create a comfortable, welcoming space while still honoring the beauty and history of the building. The owner gave us a full tour and shared the story behind the property, which made the experience feel even more special. “1. If you want to be very hot and sweat, this will be the place. Colorado people who own rentals need to put in air conditioning With climate change, it is hot in the mountains. Stop being cheap!2. “We had a great stay and will definitely be back! One of the best places we have stayed.”

“The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir ”

“Bed not turned correctly. Mattrrss top hard”

“The room was super clean and the restaurant on the premise was awesome! The dogs were welcomed and it was in a great location to hikes in Salida! Will definitely stay again”

“We stayed for 6 nights. Straightforward and easy check in and check out. Location was great. Matt was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend”
