We loved our stay at the Black & White Beach Bungalow!!Very cozy, very cute!! Ilove the decor!! So close to the beach and the pool and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Some complained about a musty smell....as a person who lived in Florida for 26 years..... that's just life near the ocean!! I thought the bungalow smelled great. Their little plug-ins were a perfectly subtle scent. The Bungalow had everything we needed for a short, fun stay!! It was very clean when we arrived. Definitely would consider staying there again if we ever go back to HHI!!Thank you so much for making my girls' trip with my daughters so much fun!!

Disappointed in this unit. There was black mold on shower curtain. Pics of the unit that is on Vrbo looks great but it's not that way in person. AC unit smelled terrible every time it kicked on. They had 3 bags hanging in the unit. The funky smell gets on your clothes . Fir a person who's allergic to mold it made for a rough week.

GREAT Time

We had a great stay. We came 6 hours early and Cameron the owner allowed us to check in early sinve there were no previous occupants. The only down fall was the pull out couch was broke, so im sure the owner didnt know so i will inform him immediately. He had great communication and enjoyed our stay very much.

Wish it was better

We absolutely loved the resort itself! We had issues with the smoke detectors going off for no reason and host was unresponsive and not willing to help so we had to call 911. We went two whole days without smoke detectors, supposedly they were coming and didn’t. Again, non responsive. Communication was the absolute bare minimum. Wasted dinner reservations having to deal with it. Room was some what cleaned but could have been better. Mold on the shower curtain, soap bottle, and drying dish towel. Smelled like mildew really bad. Fold out couch was basically unusable.. my husband had it out the first night and we couldn’t get it back in until day 2.. I sent those a message.. no reply on that one. We loved the resort, just wish communication would be better with host and could be more accommodating.
