"No había nunca nadie para atender, ni a quien preguntarle nada. Llegamos luego de las 8pm y solo me dejaron la llave en el lobby con una nota con mi nombre. No nos dieron opción de desayuno y ni cómo pagarlo, solo lo tenían los preparados. En otros hoteles al menos daban café y chocolate 24/7\. El problema es que no hay ni restaurantes ni tiendas alrededor y si el hotel no lo ofrece, pues estás en problemas. Sufrimos por ese aspecto, porque tuvimos que ir a otro poblado a comprar y todo cierra a las 6pm. Además, no tienen elevador y hay que subir todo por escaleras. Y el estacionamiento no es claro, horrible que está lleno de camiones y cosas que no son del hotel. Si llegas tarde, no hay nadie que te oriente y se siente inseguro. "
