The dining space is also open and spacious, with seating for 4 guests at the table.

The first floor has access to a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. On the first floor, there is the first bedroom with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with a Twin over Twin Bunk bed with Trundle and also with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a half-bath in the hallway on this level, a laundry room and porch. Heading up the stairs you will find the master bedroom. This gorgeous space holds a King sized bed, two large walk-in closets and an amazing private bathroom with a soaking tub enclosed in the shower and double vanity sinks.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool, and in the pool deck area you'll find a BBQ grill perfect for an outdoor cookout while your family enjoys the amazing Florida weather amidst the lush tropical landscaping.
