no information at check in. Found a gym myself, and that the veranda was closed. The staff was difficult to communicate with in English. no lobby or place to sit down. Didn't get the chance to check out later, but they stored the luggage until the evening. The rooms are large and nice. Simple kitchen but lacking plates and equipment. Comfortable bed. Recommend the restaurant right across the street. Good food and draft beer.

Decent stay, relatively convenient to MTR

Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK

The room size for HK is great. Housekeeping was good and as long as you don’t need fancy pearls like hotel amenities in the building this is a good option. For example you get coffee the first day but not the rest of your stay. Good thing is many great coffee breaky places close by. Location is very close to the metro, 24hr convenience stores and good restaurants and bars. I’d stay again just for the room and location over getting nothing else from the hotel really. Only negative is that the WiFi worked but it would glitch often and is a problem. The front desk said they were aware but not sure if it’s going to be before. If you have to do work calls this might be a problem.

I left after the first night and moved to a nother hotel. The aircondition cant be adjusted properly and it is noisy, make sure you bring earplugs along. It probably hasnt been maintained for years. The curtains have several holes in it. The bathroom was moldy and and not clean. Some "left overs" of the previous guest were still in the bathroom. Overall the room was just not in a good condition, not clean and not what i expect at this price level. The location of the hotel is great! I would not recommend to stay at this hotel!
