“When we arrived at the hotel late Thursday evening, the front desk person was helpful and assisted us in getting a roll away cot for our room. When we opened the cot after he left the room, we found candy wrappers, stirring sticks and other trash in the fold. As we settled in, we noticed that the toilet was running and found that we could not get it to stop so we listened to that all night. We had trouble with the room keys working and had to go to the front desk several times to get them……
