The place wasn’t what we expected. The room smelled, the curtains were falling off the windows, the blow dryer didn’t work, there were no towels in the room, the only soap looked like it had already been used, the front door was beat up, the bathroom door had a bust in it. We checked out Saturday morning and did not stay the second night we had booked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and did all she could for us. She did get towels and a blow dryer for us.

We booked this property online. When we arrived the property outside was in rough shape. It looked run down and in poor condition. It looked like a very CHEAP hotel. The room was large but the condition was poor as well. The room appeard somewhat clean and the mattress was comfortable. The furniture was minimal and tattered. Some drawers were not usable. The tv was not working and we had to ask 3 different times before someone finally came to fix it. The carpet was damp so im not sure what that was from and at this point i didnt want to think about it so i wore socks and shoes. The bathroom fan was missing the cover and wires were hanging. The bathroom door would not close because it didnt fit. The shower was small, appeared dirty or just in poor condition and looked uninviting so we did not use it. The door to the room had a safety latch missing and the door did not close entirely. We felt unsafe. The so called "Breakfast" was muffin and coffee. We were here for 1 night, we used our expedia points to pay for most of the room online and did not have the money to pay for a different hotel so we had to make the best of it. We will not be back again. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The place was run down, lacked basic supplies like towels, toilet paper. One of the rooms was very smelly like dog s**t. Carpets were filthy. Worse place ever! Do not stay here!!!

The lady at the counter was nice. But our first room had no a/c but had a construction fan blowing on the desk. The second one was filthy and stuck! No water pressure. The face to the a/c was rattling all night. People screaming and fighting all night outside. When we left to get food a bunch of people blocked the stair way until our dogs came up. I left to get coffee the next morning and some lady was standing outside the from door and asked if I knew someone around there. I politely said no and that I was not from around there. Then she caught and attitude with me and started screaming that I shouldn’t be there then.. I will not be coming back here.

Actually the worst place I’ve ever been to. Someone was in our room when we got there because the manager said that some people get the master key and crash in rooms😳 so we were put in a heavily smoking room with roaches. It was disgusting. Manager was not compliant and didn’t help at all. She in fact left and didn’t answer us. We got a new place to stay because it was unsafe and unsanitary

The property is incredibly misrepresented in the photos. The pool belongs to the defunct, boarded up hotel next door and is no longer available. The whole thing smells of stale smoke and depression. I'm a facilities maintenence professional with a decade of experience and professional certifications. The entire property is in dire need of a complete renovation, and from what I saw, could easily be condemned. I'm also a competitive shooter with a background in bouncing at sketchy bars and even I felt uneasy with the area and the characters hanging around. I didn't even enter the room, and from the door I saw bleach stains all over the worn out carpet, stains on the sheets and towels, and immediately checked out to pay 3x the price at another hotel.

This place should be condemned. It is known by the locals as a crack house, cockroaches, stained carpet that looks like a chalk line of a dead cat. Duct taped doors between rooms, that’s safety ( not ) stayed one night then cut my losses and ran screaming. Had to purchase sheets and blankets just to make it through the night. And I am very disappointed that you allowed such a dumb to exist on your site.

Arrived 4:30pm and had to wait 15 mins for the front desk lady to return to the office and check me and 4 other customers in. First room AC was broken, second room the smoke detector coming out of wall, lamp cord was cut, shower floor had patches, outside they had a piece of wood covering a large hole, and the breakfast was horrible. Worst place I ever stayed in my life, sad that Wyndham doesn’t fix it up. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The rooms was a mess. The ceiling was falling in, the bed had blood on the sheets, the walls has mold on them. Very bad. We had to leave and get another room that was safer and clean. Very unsafe area in Hot Springs.

I don't even know where to begin, the place was terrible! I was going reasonably low price and on what was available but, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. When we pulled up the place looked like a crack den. You can tell that there were shaddy residents there, like pay by the week living. We were coming to enjoy the bathhouse amd was my first time in Hot Springs. The room smelled of mold, like old potatoes. The sheets had stains. There were no towels. Called front desk, she was not able to find but a few for us. The front desk lady looked overwhelmed, over worked, and short tempered. We went to the Dollar General to buy Lysol to spary down the room and beds, just to feel safe enough to stay there and to cover the terrible smell.

No one was in th office for me to check in. The door was locked and no one answers the phone. I had to get another hotel and. Currently fighting to get my money back that was reimbursed. It was not a safe place for me and my 3 kids as a single mother to stay just driving and looking around, people were everywhere like they lived there and making drug deals. BEWARE AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The clerk at check in was wonderful.. other than that, I didn't feel safe at all. There was immense noise ALL night long, then as I was getting ready to leave, I saw a drug deal happen right in front tof me.

When we arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk said they did not have a room available for us. There was a man at the desk as well, and he kept mumbling under his breath. When asked who he was, he stated his name was Paul and he was with maintenance. He repeatedly said that I should have known better than to book through a third party and it wasn't their problem. He was rude and not apologetic at all for their mistake.

Night time maintenance guy was rude. Come to find out, he lied about being a maintenance guy. He also lied about his boss being out of town. He is security and night auditor. Had to rearrange my room just to find plugs that worked. Had to ask for batteries for remote. The place had roaches. Neighbors wete extremely loud and the whole place smelled like pot. Wifi rarely worked. Impossible to get ahold of corporate. Never will ho back.

The bedding was stained and dirty and had someone’s NAME written in it with god knows what, the bathtub/shower had dirt and grime all over it, there was some type of mold growing in the corners of the room. I walked to my room and saw so many people there actively using with their doors open. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all the first room they put us in was horrible and it didn’t have heat so they moved us to another room and by looking first glance it was much better than first room but then we started to see a few roaches we moved the little fridge and HUNDREDS OF ROACHES. Then I said let’s check the bed sure enough BED BUGS!! I had only sat in the bed and I have bites on me !! I would not recommend anyone stay here

The room was dirty. When we came back from eating our card would not let us in. I went done to the lobby and get new cards when I came back and went in the room. Someone had been in our room and stole my night clothes. I called the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do about it. That all he could tell me to do was to call and make a police report. We had no water that night or morning.

Rooms were dirty, very scary surroundings, room next to me had dogs that barked, huge gap in top of door that connected to an adjoining room. I got to the free breakfast at 7 AM only to find coffee and 1 croissant. I don't believe the top floor was even occupied despite the sign on the door saying no more vacancies. Building beside and behind hotel were abandoned or vacant.

No trash can in the room. Toilet wouldn't flush. TV remote wouldn't work. No one on duty at front desk in the evening to assist with needs. Room was a suite with no refrigerator or microwave. No in room coffee service. Horrible property not deserving ANY stars except for the check-in that was very accommodating.
