Not your typical backyard tent
To say this cozy little hideaway is unique is an understatement. At times it feels like you’re in a treehouse from the view. It’s the perfect amount of space for 2 and the rainy Saturday was ideal for staying in and binge watching TV

Anniversary Stay
We enjoyed this unique experience for our anniversary weekend. Even with neighbors close by you still feel secluded and tucked away aside the hillside. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway. We had a little trouble with check in, but the owner was fast to respond and resolved the issue.

This place is one of a kind! Beautiful interior and exterior. Loved the hot tub the lighting inside and out. No steps to bring luggage up or groceries in. Not far from town. Grocery store as close as couple of miles. We could see lake Hamilton from the deck that circles the the home. Very quiet. Absolutely no disturbing noises. Highly recommend this destination!!!

Great getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at The Nest. The treehouse itself was unique , the hot tub was amazing, and it was a great setting for a romantic weekend away. It was easy to find and not as treacherous to get to but had the same scenic views as in the Smoky Mountains. One recommendation for the future…we would recommend posting the check out requests somewhere in the unit or including them with the check in instructions. We were disconnected for the weekend and not checking emails after we arrived, so we did not see the check out requests until a few hours after we had left. Overall, great experience and we would definitely book again!

A True Escape
My husband and I had the most wonderful time celebrating our 5 year anniversary here! Unfortunately we did not have a pen to sign the guest book and could not locate one in The Nest. Aside from construction taking place down the lane, it was a peaceful and much needed getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful time. Communication with the host was great. The tent is gorgeous yet cozy and immaculately maintained. We enjoyed having a drink on the deck watching the leaves fall. It is very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor shower and the soaking tub. This is a great place for honeymoons, anniversaries or just spending time away with your loved one. Birthday dinner at The Vault was outstanding.

Great Anniversary Trip
We stayed at the Nest at the end of July 2023. It is a unique experience with a comfy outdoor space that blends into the natural setting and super nice interior. The location is nice as it both away from the busy parts of the area, but close enough drive to the local attractions and dining in the area. It was plenty of space for the two of us and the bed was comfy. The host is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. I would definitely recommend the Nest for any couples wanting to reconnect together while in Hot Springs AR.

Carlotta was sent the directions and all information two days prior to check in. She reached out to me online where I sent her all the instructions again. She never even went into the tent. We had a horrible hail storm a month ago and any breeze is still knocking down small branches. We blow the deck off the day of check in, but since The Nest is in the woods, we do have debris fall. We also provide a charged blower if any happens to fall during your stay. It is a luxury tent after all, and we try to balance nature with the amenities of a heated and cooled beautiful tent interior.

Overall excellent!
Upon arrival, the interior of the tent had an awful ammonia smell that we isolated to be one of the rugs by the bed. It smelled as if an animal had urinated on it. The rug was removed and after that everything was seamless! The entire location inside and out was absolutely stunning. Would definitely visit again!

Great couples getaway!
We loved our weekend at the Nest. It’s a beautiful setting, all very private, there are a few other houses on the street, but they can not see into this property at all. Hot tub was very clean, outdoor shower was fantastic, the house was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and beautiful. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes like me, bring some repellent or citronella. They were not horrible, but one or 2 always manage to find me. We will for sure be returning!

Loved our stay at The Nest. The house was wonderful, so relaxing and great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio listening to the birds. Remote but not too remote, was surprised you could see the neighbors trailer through the trees from the patio but the outdoor shower and hot tub were out of view to still have plenty of privacy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing experience, very romantic! It’s not as secluded as expected. Also wish the check out procedures were in the rental space along with a recommendation list for things to see & eat. Always love hearing where others love. Vey relaxing but our trip was too short. ❤️

Not the best weather
When I was looking to book The Nest for a late January stay, I looked at the other reviews during cold months and couldn’t find anyone who commented on how the tent was in cold weather. I figured, if no one complained about it, it must not be an issue. Well as luck would have it, for the entire two days we were there, the temps only briefly got above freezing and we had intermittent freezing rain. I am her to tell you that The Nest in cold weather is about as comfortable as it can be. We decided against using the hot tub or braving the outdoor shower for obvious reasons but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. In fact, the sound of freezing rain hitting the tent was actually kind of peaceful. We would like to go back when it is warmer but I absolutely don’t regret the cold weather visit.

Unique little Gem
Loved the stay here for our 10 year anniversary. Enjoyed the upscale tent with the nature setting. Enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature including hearing a buck grunting and chasing does during the night. We saw deer traveling early morning and evening within 30 yards of our porch. Very peaceful and unique place to stay. 2 days away from 3 young kids wasn’t bad either. Will return!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nest! We probably could have just stayed in our little treehouse the entire time and had just as much fun in Hot Springs. You really felt like you were in the woods/trees and can hear all the great sounds of nature through the canopy! The hot tub was so nice, the finishes in the home were upscale. As a designer myself, I was highly impressed by all the finishes and details you put in the experience. Well done!
