It looks like you had a privacy sign(do not disturb) sign on your door on Saturday, hence why the housekeeper was not able to offer the service but if you had called the front desk to request, we would be able to arrange the service for you.Please be informed that all of our king size bed rooms offer 2 sets of towels as we allow 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) in each room and if there's an extra adult, guests are required to pay an extra fee for each extra adult. Although, when you requested for blanket, bedding towels, our front desk did not hesitate to provide the items you requested.Again, we are sorry you did not have a good experience at our hotel. We will use this feedback to better serve our future guests.
