I did not like housekeeping knocking on door, did not wait for us to answer her about cleaning room. She just opened door & we had to let her know that we did not want room cleaned at that tine. Also, housekeeping knocked on door fir check out at 10:30 AM stating check out time is 11AM. When I finally checked out, I told front desk about it and he stated I could have check out at 12PM. I to front desk that I did not like that housekeeping knock on doors. Just give a courtesy call. Wanted to relax & swim but pool wasn't clean. I will never stay at Super 8 by Wyndham again!

They give you a discount at Denny’s in the parking lot. I walked over to it and the staff was yelling at each other. I left and walked back to my room and everyone was smoking like it was in Colorado. The hot water was out and elevators were out.

I made this reservation due to my power being out from deadly storms which left almost 900,000 people without power in Houston. We were without power for a couple days and didn’t know when it would be our turn for power to be restored. I have two kids and with temperature outside reaching 92 I quickly booked the reservation for 2 days (Saturday – Monday morning) to escape the heat. About 4 hours after checking in (about 8pm) I received a notification stating our power had been restored. I spoke with the front desk and asked about getting a refund for Sunday since our power was on again. She stated she would ask her manager Chirag Bhakta in the morning. I checked out Sunday before 11am with the same front desk lady and she said Mr. Bhakta wasn’t there yet and to call later and handed me his business card. After returning home I called and was told they would not give me a refund because I had prepaid. I explained the situation and that I had given plenty of time for them to book the room out to another customer. She said yes, they did book it already to someone but they still had to stick to their no refund policy. You would think during times like this they would have a heart and give a refund especially since I gave plenty of notice. We lost all of our refrigerated food due to the power being out for so long. This refund would have helped me replace some food for my family. Thanks Chirag Bhakta and Super 8.

For whatever reason everything in my room felt damp… bugs were almost expected with the price. They were present. Floor was wet. It’s what you would expect for $65 I suppose. Would stay here again unless I HAD to.

Opened the door. Saw a dead roach right at the inside entry… carpet was wet and sticky. I was watching tv in the bed and saw a bug crawl right on the covers. Killed it, squirted orange fluid All over the main cover. I searched the entire bed for more bugs, didn’t find any. Couldn’t sleep for hours… fruit flies in the bathroom. Smell was horrible. Probably worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was good but room was AWFUL. Nonstop sounds of a highway. Which ended up being the least of the issues… tv is small and barely Works. It’s literally like I was being punked lol I mean, for $60 I guess it’s what you get for that price. I’d never stay here again, even for free.

This is a very bad place. The photos are not true. It has not been renovated for a long time. It's very noisy. And I don't even want to think about the condition of the mattresses and linens. The towels are dirty.

The status of the property is terrible and the condition of the room was disgusting and the lights on the backside of the parking lot were like strobe lights I actually thought I would have an epileptic seizure looking at the property

I loved being able to get a comforable room and that my service dog as well my training service dog could stay without feeling like it was to much trouble for them to be with me. I didn't care for the maid service cart running back and forth in front of my room and tapping on my door when the do nit disturb sign was out.

I DO NOT recommend this place. Stains (red/ brown) in sheets, towels and on carpet. Tub drain ran ALL NIGHT long. Bed was hard and smelled old. We saw 2 small roaches so i stayed awake all night long, and got no rest. All night all you hear is racing cars near the highway.

I not recommended this hotel I change room twice first because some problem whit the key door second room I got some itch on my legs the I can’t even sleep I let them know just change me to another room I thought this hotel was good because was so posted be Quinta Inn but I’m so disappointed!!
