Adequate nearby the Galleria
This was an adequate stay. The unit is on the ground floor and you can hear the neighbors conversations throught the ceiling. Also, there was a mechanical sound in the ceiling that awoke us at 4AM. It lasted for about 10 minutes- maybe a dishwasher? The place was clean but very sterile. After the fees and damage insurance, I regretted not staying in a hotel.

Very nice stay in Houston
This listing was just as expected based on what was seen online. Very nice, clean, ground floor unit. Lovely outside as well. No issues with anything. Location was perfect for our needs but we had a car which helped. Would stay here again.

Houston Trip
Firstly I want to thank Rachele Feys the Property Manager at Marque Uptown for making our stay absolutly fabulous. It was a home away from home experience. Rachele is sweet Kind and very professional, the apartment was well maintained and clean, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marquee Uptown would definatly be our choice of stay on future trips to the Houston area.

Our stay was very nice. Apt. Is lovely. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Super Nice to have k-cups and coffee fixings. Pool area is BEAUTIFUL! Nice being on first floor. Check in and check out easy. This is My only suggestion. So, It is a 4 guest max VRBO. The 4 guest max felt a little extreme in the kitchen. 4 forks. 4 cups. 4 bowls.. you get my drift! But lots of wine glasses??!! 🤔😂 (And maybe a narrow butcher block island that can be pushed against the wall in kitchen for a little more counter space to prepare food when needed.) Overall great stay.

Perfect Convenience!
Apartment/Condo had an updated mid-century modern vintage aesthetic with a lovely pool and seating area, with secure parking. It was well stocked, clean & perfect for our needs! Location was so convenient to surrounding areas and The Galleria was easily accessible at the end of the street. The manager was friendly, helpful & extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in an excellent location. The leasing manager was so helpful and cheerful. The parking space was very narrow and challenging! But the condo was super — well appointed and clean.

Cozy Apartment right beside galleria
I enjoyed my stay at the Marquee. It was so conveniently close to the galleria. I absolutely loved the pool area. Communication with the property manager was punctual and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a visit to Houston.

Too restrictive
I felt like there were too many things to look out for..don’t do this or that. As simple as hanging swimming suits to dry for a few hours on the patio. Too many eyes ..neighbor being nosy and asking my kids where are you from and for how long in an inquisitive manner when I wasn’t listening.

Ayesha, our community is a mostly a long-term rental property. We do not allow our residents to hang their laundry on their balconies. I did provide you with adequate hangers so you could hang the wet swimwear in the bathroom. We are a small friendly community. I'm sure the neighbors meant no harm. I do believe your children had a wonderful time at the pool. Thank you for you stay.

Perfect
I would definitely stay here again. It made my stay in Houston very comfortable! I was at peace at all times! It was easy to get around from the property. I was so close to all of the attractions that I wanted to visit.

The Marquee is a beautifully maintained property inside and out. Our family felt very safe in this gated community. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. My children loved the pool!

Nice property
Very nice property. The area was clean and spacious. Complex itself was nice, pool area was cool. The only issue we had was at check in. It was hard to communicate via VRBO with the manager. We informed her we would be checking in after check in time and she didn't not give us a gate key to get in and the office was closed by the time we checked in. I had to hop the fence to get into the apartment and open the gate for the car. Otherwise, good experience.

Robyn we are so sorry you felt you had to jump the fence instead of calling me or reaching out to me. You came to the property early and we were waiting for you. In fact, you came here, and we escorted you to the apartment, showed you how to enter. My phone number is listed on the reservation. You could have called me at any time. There was no need for you to jump the fence. The gate remote is located inside the apartment. I live on site and could have assisted you if only you had called me. As I do for so many others who have questions. In any case we are happy you enjoyed your stay. We hope you will give us another chance. To give us a 5 star rating.
