Good location but housekeeping never cleaned the room I. The 2 weeks I was there. They came by twice to deliver towels. Any other time I would have to go to the front desk to trade them in. The front desk were nice and kind but it seems their hands were tied.

Elizabeth was great at check-in and trying to take care of our needs. The rooms were clean and updated. The property had great lighting for safety. The reason for lower rating was because of trouble we had adjusting television volume and turning on/off when not able to use remote (even after going to office for new batteries) and no adjustments on Insignia television. Also only ice machine was in the office.

Worse hotel
Worse place to stay. Room is terrible its all dirty the whole room. Bed shwets are all stained and dirty. Room had hole in the shower where the shower head is. I wanted a accessible room they didnt have any and thata cause they had rooms and that one they didnt have.

Cheap and scary
First room had 8 long, black hairs inside the sheets and an adjoing door with a flimsy lock and no sign that it was adjoining. Second room reaked of smoke. Third room was not as bad but they let people smoke in same bldgs as "non-smoking" rooms so the whole place stinks. Outer areas were in bad need of repair and maintenance. My favorite was Mr. Ankle brace from the county that kept coming to the lobby. He lives there?? Never again.

The bathroom was way to small had to leave the door open and hold the door open with my shoe so I didn’t hit my head on the door I’m 5’7 and 1/2 my aunt had issues with the size and she 5’0 ,

Won't do this one again - lesson learned
Front desk staff was very polite and easy to work with. No issues there. The A/C worked and they are pet friendly. The room was a smoking room and it was tidy but nothing special. Only 1 channel worked on the T.V. There were roaches in the room. The neighbors were very "busy" all night with people coming and going. Our dog barked every time as she should to let us know so not a restful night. In addition to this during the night someone stole a bag from the back of our truck. It was a grocery store cooler bag with ice and beer in it but still just gives you an idea of what the environment is. If you need a cheap place and don't mind the risk. It was ok.

This motel looks filthy and run down. As soon as i open the door i was met by a musty, mildew smell thay was unbearable. I had to xhanhe rooms. The next room covers was stained and looked like they wasnt washed. I never been to a hotel or motel that didnt have basic appliances like a microwave, iron and fridge. It definitely want worth saving a few dollars. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!!!. except the 2nd shift lady. She was sweet

The $30 extra for the microwave and fridge raider and both did not work. The door stuck to where we had to kick and pull the door so hard it actually hurt our shoulder. We told the management and they just said that it’s under rent renovation and there’s nothing they can do about it. It did not look like the room was cleaned before we moved in for the week.
