The hotel does not have central air. It has window units. The interior design is appealing but being in Houston you could feel the humidity in the halls, elevator, and your room unless you kept the unit running all night. The staff was nice.

i didn’t like how the bathroom was very dirty but the staff at the front was very nice. the ice machines didn’t work on any floor so that was a bummer but other than that it was decent.

I killed a roach in my roòm. When i informed the front desk i was told they were aware and to grab a snack from the hotel store. I was flabbergasted. Other than that it was an average stay.

Good hotel the only downside is the noise from other guests due to the construction of the hotel. Otherwise it is a very good hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Shannon was great, and very accommodating as I had an early flight and helped get an early check in as well as a late checkout. Overall great experience, one thing I would mention is that the water is pretty cold, hot water doesn’t really work.

TERRIBLE
This hotel is terrible. Pre covid it was SO good, we loved it. I thought it would be so much better once it was renovated, but no. When we arrived, no one was there to check us in. they had a sign out that said “have a seat we’ll be right with you”. Ok…finally someone came. We checked in, our room had 1 bed. I paid for 2 beds. Back downstairs we go. New room had an A/C unit SO LOUD, my kid couldn’t even sleep. Back downstairs we go. As I walk to the desk, a random kid with greasy hair comes up and stands beside me. “Can I help you?” Uhhh me: “oh you work here?!” He’s in jeans and a tshirt, no name tag, no professionalism, how was I supposed to know. So I tell him all about my room and he says “well it’s a lottery. I can’t guarantee you’ll get a quiet AC unit if I move too rooms. We get a lot of complaints about that.” WHAT! Ok…requested a move anyway. THANKFULLY this new room was good. But there were so many nuances w this hotel. The bathroom doors are missing nobs, and there’s a huge gap between the doors it offers NO privacy. The elevator looks like they cleaned it w the wrong cleaner and now has stains and streaks everywhere. And as I walked into it, the doors shut on me and it hurt! Like it didn’t sense me. It was odd. For $99 I guess I got what I paid for but I will never stay here ever again.

This hotel is beautiful, safe and located 13 miles from Houston city center. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service, I had unwanted charges on my credit card, I had to follow up with them so many times. When asked why did you guys not call me to let me know any update. Manager is telling me that I’m busy. I said this charges are invalid and I’m busy too doesn’t mean you will take money and not return which you are suppose to

Terrible Experience
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I visit Houston often. Upon check in, the lady at the front desk charged me double than what I was supposed to be charged. Not only that, when I walked into the room, the tv did not turn on, the heater didn’t work, and none of the room lights worked either. When I asked to switch rooms I was told no that someone was going to come out to fix the problem. I waited 4 hours and no one came. I called the front desk and was told I still couldn’t move rooms and had to wait for someone to come out. It took a total of 7 hours (9pm) until I was transferred to another room (different shift was working). I basically wasted my night stuck in a room where nothing worked. I still have not received my refund for the overcharge on my account.

We stayed in the save room we stayed in for a previous trip and the shelf that needed repairs was still broken. I had reported that the last stay. It just need a screw. The complimentary breakfast looks good but ice cold potatoes, bacon biscuits. The scrambled eggs were barely warm

Bad breakfast service and counter service.
$10 for breakfast in busy Houston. Breakfast area was horrible, no selections, no fresh food, and depleted. After being charges $10 for it, I informed the counter lady that it wasn't worth the money and there was no food. Other guest asked for food alsi. She didnt care. Then Iasked for a receipt for the breakfast and she couldn't print one. Then she told me she would email me one, which she didn't. It was pitiful service.

Picked four points by Sheraton due to the name. Ice machines don't work at all, body wash bottle was empty. Expected better AC, but the AC was so loud. Expected more than motel 6 or days inn.
