“I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in……

“Had an amazing few days in Meadow View. Loved that the area and garden were secure so dog could roam free. Arrived and pod has everything you need, including a fan which was welcome as was a very warm few days. Fridge let it down slightly as scratched on outside but still clean and functional. Loved the ice-cream van that came and even had dog ice cream! Would definitely be back again as very relaxing stay!”

The enclosed garden was one of the things we appreciated the most as it was safe for the dog with plenty of room for her to run around and exercise. “We had a lovely time staying in the Daisy pod for a few days. Very well designed to maximise space and having the closed off garden was excellent for our dog. The hot tub is slightly exposed to the other gardens but once the bushes have grown a bit , I think it would be more hidden. The only draw-back is the humming noises from the heating/hot tub at night, they can be quite loud at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back.”

It didn’t smell clean, the floors were dirty luckily there was a broom there so I could sweep up the last guests dirt. The kitchen is in much need of a make over, the sides are in awful condition, the fridge is cracked, the floor is all over the place, it’s starting to dip. The floor boards are starting to come apart this is due to the damp. The whole kitchen looked dirty.……
