Perfect host, friendly, helpful on where to go locally for dinner. Lovely welcome with fresh coffee and fresh baked Welsh Cakes. Lovely varied breakfast, full.one and fruit on first morning, poached eggs and bacon with fresh fruits on second

Great cottage
Excellent location, best appointed cottage we've stayed in, it has everything you would need. Great instructions,clear and comprehensive. Comfortable and cosy. Great place to explore Hay-on-Wye.

Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks.
