“Nice and decent”

“The house was clean, and there were nearby stores if you needed something urgently. However, the main issue was that the entire living room wall power outlets were short-circuited, preventing access to the TV and power outlets in that room and one of the bedrooms. The recliner couches were also unresponsive. I had to reach out to the owner and inform them that the situation was becoming too challenging for us to figure out whether the TV or power outlets were working. It took me about an hour or……

“The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

“Property was decent and comfortable. The layout worked and added separation for two sleeping areas. The decor gave off a modern vibe. There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things.”

“My husband and I had a perfect Valentine’s getaway here! The host was so friendly and incredibly quick with informative replies. The location is unbeatable—just one street from the snowmobile trails and close to gas and town. We had zero issues parking our truck and 28ft trailer, which was a huge plus.The house was so cozy; after long chilly days on the snowmobile trails, the extra blankets and the surprise boot/glove dryers were total lifesavers! “Spacious for 4 and nice to have a kitchenette. Pull out bed more for kids.”

“The house was great! We were a group of 6 that was visiting the upper peninsula for the first time and used the house as a home base from which to see other spots. It's only 10 minutes from the Shipwreck Museum, which is a MUST to see, 2 hours from Pictured Rocks, 1 hour from Oswald's Bear Sanctuary, 1 hour from Sault Ste. Marie (Soo Locks), and 30 minutes from Tahquamenon Falls.The house had everything needed for a relaxing time after exploring the UP.”

“It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”

“Nice amenities”

“Property was fine overall but the cleanliness was disappointing - hair in the sheets, dirt on the floors, sticky dining table, and blinds that didn’t stay shut. Plenty of space and a nice yard to play in. Wish it had been cleaner.”
