“On arrival the rooms were not ready at 9pm. Then our room had 2 queen beds, one with a top sheet and one with a bottom sheet! No one at the desk again to help, they were trying to clean rooms. Almost everything had an out of order sign on it. Next time I will drive another 1 to 1 1/2 hours to stay somewhere else. Terrible place and staff leaving early is NO excuse at 9 pm for a room to be ready that you could have checked into at 3 🤔😬”
