“The electricity was off for several hours, which was inconvenient. Other issues were preventable. The toilet handle was broken. The mini split in the bedroom dripped water every few seconds onto the floor--very irritating. And the shower curtain was gross--covered with mold at the bottom. The person I contacted about the issues was wholly unhelpful. The problems, she said, could be addressed in the morning--after we were leaving. I will not stay in another place that doesn't have 24 hour help……

“Property was decent and comfortable. The layout worked and added separation for two sleeping areas. The decor gave off a modern vibe. There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things.”

“The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

“Spacious for 4 and nice to have a kitchenette. Pull out bed more for kids.”

“Property was fine overall but the cleanliness was disappointing - hair in the sheets, dirt on the floors, sticky dining table, and blinds that didn’t stay shut. Plenty of space and a nice yard to play in. Wish it had been cleaner.”

“It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”
