“We went for a mini-vacation for my granddaughter’s Fall Break. She and her friend absolutely enjoyed the Hot Tub and the indoor pool. The adults enjoyed the free buffet country breakfast. Delicious. Our waitress was so kind and helpful. The gentleman at reception was professional and made us feel very welcome. Quiet area. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay.”

“Ok ”

“El hotel es bueno y todo está bien, lo único malo es que la limpieza es muy mala, yo tuve que limpiar todo y desinfectar, trapear el piso por qué no lo habían limpiado, la tina tenia cabellos”

“Great staff! Perfect for a family! I loved the fact that the room has a kitchenette equipped a microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, and full sized refrigerator. Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils were also included. We had double queen beds and a pull out sofa which was perfect for the 5 of us. There isn't daily housekeeping unless you ask but you could get anything you needed from the front desk, which is staffed 24 hours. They had a fitness and laundry room but we didn't use them. Comfortable...

“Good environment. Close to the Von Braun Center and the Art Museum. All the staff were great.”

“The room was not clean. The reception offered another room. That room was also not cleaned. There was blood stains on the toilet, debris on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, the mirrors were half cleaned, and lastly the dust under the beds was so thick it changed the color of the flooring. I end up speaking with housekeeping supervisor.”
