Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ibiza old town. Immaculate and full of charm, our room was roomy and comfortable with a french balcony overlooking the bay. Free transfers to and from the airport were a nice, welcome addition. Manu was excellent company on our rides! Breakfast on the terrace as the old town wakes up, with all of it's colourful characters was great. It's a bit of a walk up from the port / town, but not too challenging. Beaches an easy and affordable 20 minute cab ride away. Reception gave excellent recommendations for places to go. Will definitely visit again, thanks to all at the Mirador.

Great Stay!
I really liked this hotel and the classy/classic European style. In a wonderful “old town” location that is hard to beat. I wouldn’t have enjoyed my trip to Ibiza as much as I did, if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel (and within the Dalt Vila walls). If you want beach or partying, there are better. But if you want classy, quite and in a beautiful part of town with great walk ability and restaurants, this is a perfect hotel.

Lovely property in the heart of the old town. Lovely room and fantastic staff. Nice quiet location and only a short walk into the heart of the action. Note that taxis are a problem in Ibiza, and even more so than usual as it is very busy. It is difficult to get a taxi from the hotel.

Not a convenient place to stay
Many issues like lack of maintenance, the shower water drainage was broke, beds mattress are old and very uncomfortable so are pillows. It’s hard to walk anywhere since the hotel is located on top of the Vila and walking up is very hard, specially in hot humid days

Grand old hotel of yesteryear.
Our stay was pleasant enough. I wouldn't choose to stay here again though, for us ( a middle aged couple) the hotel, decor, & style of service was just a little too dated. Pluses - Great breakfast on a lovely terrace, nice staff, everything in the hotel itself was immaculate, great location in the old town Minuses - Just one really, We got an email before requesting we call before checking in to log our reg plate and get vehicle access to the old town...well we called and called after picking up our rental car and and emailed and no one answered. Check in was at 2pm and the phone was eventually answered at about 3pm we were left in Ibiza town wondering if our car would make it into the restricted area. The staff more than made up for it afterwards but i'd expect more from a 5 star hotel at this price point.
