The hygiene standards at this establishment were highly unsatisfactory, as the rooms appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. The condition of the bathroom was particularly distressing and fell well below acceptable expectations for hospitality. Given these experiences, the property’s maintenance is inadequate, and I cannot recommend this venue to others.

Staff was friendly, though it says they can converse in English, and they can't take calls. In person they work well with you through a translation app! Very sweet and offer lots of amenities, water, etc. Bed is rock hard but after 40 hours of travel, you'll pass right out. Had ac, hot water, and good water pressure. You MUST schedule your ride if you want to avail yourself to it, and do it through the booking website messages. I booked last minute, and they could not come get me, but taxi cost about 21$usd from the airport. Would stay again. Pro: friendly, clean, lots of amenities Con: dated, hard mattress

The hotel was a bit old and worn out. The location is also not too great, but the owners went above and beyond to make sure we have a very good experience staying at Songdo Blue hotel. The free airport shuttle was also very good to have.

The hotel is far away from the subway station, but very close to the Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing, which was our main purpose of staying in Incheon. The hotel management was very nice. There was some miscommunication between me and them before my arrival, but they made great efforts in accommodating my family. Very helpful staff.

A great hotel for the price. My biggest gripe was the sheer distance from downtown Seoul. Either atleast 2 hours public transportation or an hour Uber. Room service could get a bit weird also sometimes. Sometimes they only refilled half the stuff. It's run by a nice local couple, but they don't really soeak English so be aware of that.

Vi behövde ett rum över dagen nära flygplatsen då vi skulle flyga ut vid midnatt och då är detta hotell är utmärkt val om man sätter vad man får i relation till priset. Paret som äger hoteller är trevliga och tillmötesgående. De skjutsade oss till flygplatsen - smidigt och enkelt. De bjöds på vatten och energidryck på rummet. Hotellet är ganska bedagat men sängen helt ok, rena lakan och bra AC. Vi använde inte duschen men badrummet kunde ha städats bättre - det fanns en öppnad tandkrämstub och en använd hårdtvål på handfatet. Inredningen är festlig och fanns en stationär dator på rummet. Det verkar som att hotellet tyvärr frekventeras av män som utnyttjar prostituerade kvinnor och jag hade nog inte velat bo där om jag reste som solo kvinna. Det finns gott om restauranger och affärer inom promenadavstånd.
