“Loved this property! The beach was right there and the staff were amazing!”

“Nice”

“As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message.……

“I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.”

“Parking was secure, but it took too long to get the car.”

“I wanted to share my thoughts on the property. The location is right on the water, and the property has very good, resort-like facilities. My only concern is that the condo itself was a little bit old and not updated, but everything else is really good for this price. Best regards,”

“The beach access and pool were great. The kidsEnjoyed the lobby area with the games. The restaurant Blu Gin was delicious, we ate there multiple times. The pool bar made great drinks! Just wished they stayed open later. There were a few little shops that had snacks and anything you would need if you forgot. There was some construction going on but it wasn’t loud. The elevators are very slow and crowded. The valet was nice, just have to plan to wait a few minutes to get your car. Overall we……

“Great apartment. Good view. Everything worked as described, WI-FI, kitchen, Bathroom. The building had a problem with the elevators. Great location.”

“10th floor oceanfront 2-bedroom apartment. Note that’s the second bedroom has no windows (more like a den or an office. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. ”

“I hardly ever write reviews but I think this property needs some unbiased reviews. To start, the hotel is in a very central location not too far from south beach but far enough. The room was a little dated but very clean and contrary to other reviews we never waited for elevators. BLU Vacations who you book through are fantastic. The pics of the room are exactly what was there. The Alexander had some rules that maybe need mentioning. You cannot bring any of your own food or drink to the pool……

“Amenities missing that were listed and chairs broken.”

“Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!”

“Nj”

“Host was great , very close to the beach . He was very accommodating and helpful . Will stay agian !”

“Room was great but the mgmnt of the facility was terrible. Parking level makes it very difficult to move luggage to first floor. Elevators like a prison that only allow you to go to your floor. For 300 rooms there was one working elevator and 4 luggage carts. Press the emergency button in elevator and it takes 15 minutes for someone to respond.”

“The place was incredible, very clean, and had a great view! Place was described as is. The only negative was the wait for the elevator, but everything else was fantastic!”
