I only realised this when I woke up. Told receptionist on check out and got the old “you should have come down and told us”. It’s not a big deal I was just letting them know. Just the lack of empathy or apology when this happens is a bit irritating. On the whole it’s a nice hotel. The pool is small. I managed to swim a bit but it’s about 5 strokes a full length. I wouldn’t stay for the pool if you want exercise. The elevators were down while we were there and we did see some questionable characters in the lobby at night, but for the elevator and stairs it required a room key. The door did close a bit slowly behind you when taking the stairs unless you pulled it shut.
