"Located in old town area - nice walking area. Room was spacious and well appointed. Hotel appears to be waning - restaurant was not operating. Told manager that we had no hot water. They came to check it and said it was an old building and to let it run. Morning showers were cold."

"Carpets were dirty sofa was broke mand leather peeling and the fact shower and toilet area were dirty my girlfriend had to bleach and clean en suite due to pubic hair and glass being dirty in current pandemic pretty poor"

Good hotel
"Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am."
