"The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and very nicely kept. The room was clean, in good repair, pretty well lighted, and spacious. The only MINOR shortcoming was that there was not a single drawer available to unpack for a multi-day stay. Nonetheless, we have been here several times in the past and WILL stay here during any future visits to this area."

"Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water aerobics at the outdoor public pool. A nice touch was that the hosts left notes with instructions throughout the property. The bedroom with the double bed was fairly small, but served us just fine. We are planning on returning!"
