At check in the gal was on the phone and stayed on the phone for quite some time while there was a line forming to check in, the restaurant that was advertised was not open, in our room the electric blinds did not work so we had city lights all night long, the heater in the room was VERY loud and woke us several times due to the loud noise when it was on.

The parking is in a garage, underground levels, shared with a condo. The garage is POORLY marked outside and inside - and if you take the wrong turn, you end up at a dead in concrete wall, having to try and turn around a full size SUV. This happened to me upon entering and again when leaving. I was on P2 and backed out, went around the row and met a concrete wall. the floor arrows show to go both ways/two way traffic. Creepy in the garage - not sure of security??? I entered the garage from the ally and didn’t see outside signage indicating if upon entering, you should go straight or turn. Just BAD
