"We were met by a nice, neat, and clean property both outside and inside. The hotel staff was courteous ands friendly. The room was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice buffet with a variety of choices. We eat on the healthy side and we found good options get breakfast. The kitchen staff was very helpful and assisted my need promptly. I would return again when I’m in the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We brought our large dog with us and it was so nice the hotel is pet friendly. They provided toys, a food mat and bags for us to use during the stay. The room itself was a bit dated but provided plenty of space for us and our dog as well as a nice workspace. The common areas were updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was my 18th time staying at this hotel after 5 years; I'm such a regular traveler that the staff knows me. Why do I keep returning? Besides being clean, this hotel has the best blackout curtains I have seen at any hotel and is very quiet. The climate control is also superb with your own thermostat and quiet HVAC. In the bustling region we call Southern California, this is very important for those with sensory needs. The staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. They're always available to serve you and do so proudly. No other hotel's staff recognizes me. On top of that, they not only have the mandatory DoubleTree cookies but also offer fitness rooms. I didn't stay in one this stay but have on several occasions in the past, and this unique offering is very useful for anyone going there for sports reasons (which is many people in my experience)."
