Easy check-in, property was clean. My room was right above the train tracks and when a train went by the whole building shook. There were no plugs near the bed, so i had to charge my phone at the desk beforehand. I like to have some plugs by bedside. I was right by the elevator so a bit noisy. But overall it was clean, bed was nice, sheets and towels nice.

When I booked I picked a room with two beds and a pull out bed and they gave me a different room that was really dirty and I told the front desk and they said they couldn’t help me that all they have he really didn’t want to help me I was really desepointed on how he didn’t care about my need or what I had booked on line I keeped showing him what I booked on line and he didn’t care to look or do anything he was really rude about it the bed had stains and carpet was super dirty

The dispensers in The bathroom of shampoo, conditioner and body soap were all empty. The bathtub faucet leaked. The carpet was stained and dirty, smelled musty. No pen or paper room. The pillows were flat and hard, however the staff were very nice and the location is great!

Was a horrible location. The restaurant's available where horrible. The t.v. remote did not work. The phone in the room did not work. There was so much damage in and around the building and the rooms.

We booked a room to scape from the fireworks. We had asked for a non-smoker room in the main building, they didn't place us in the main building and when we entered the room it reeked like an ashtray. After about an hour of being in the room I had a headache from the smell. At night there was fireworks right across the freeway, we were told there wouldn't be any, I know they can't control what other people do but a little honesty would've been nice. We took a shower and that helped the smell of smoke go away a little. it isn't quiet, you can def hear people walking outside your door. I honestly got about 1hr of sleep if any. We were going to book a second night but didn't think it worth it.

Had your basic Waffle and boiled egg, corn flake breakfast. Dinning room was hot. The AC made a rattling noise. So i had to put a chair and my luggage for weight. Easy access to the freeway and softball fields.

I had room 219 it bed sheets were a bit dirty and there was a leak not sure were but when i came back to my room around midnight from universal studios my blanket was soaking wet . I was to tired to tell front desk so i did in the morning .
